Brandt and Whitney manufactures custom size down, foam and spring cushions to your specifications. Down and feather wrapped foam, poly silk wrapped foam, dacron wrapped foam or just foam only. We also manufacture outdoor cushions in any custom size. Send us patterns or fax for your custom size cushions. 3-5 business days for production. Construction of down cushions

The construction of down cushions requires training and experience. Because of the physics of down and feather products, when you make a down cushion or pillow it will usually be easy to recognize as a down cushion because of the crown or belly that down and feather products create. This means the cutting of a all down cushion or slip cover is completely different than other cushions.
